Synopsis - (I always loved the original instrumental version of this track.I came up with the lyrics and melody when I was out shopping and called Darren Styles to ask if i can do a vocal mix and he said yes.I sang the vocal and made the track and sent it to Darren.He liked it and said hed do the vocal himself on his mix and wed split the deal.It appeared on his solo album and was the title track.One of my proudest moments).

Synopsis - (I wrote this song back in 2003 when i was living on my own for the first time.Its about being with someone in that special moment and not wanting to let it go.Craving that re-assurance that they'l always be there if you need them on any level.It was during my insecure phase of coping on my own although its a positive song in many ways.)

I wrote this at the end of a brief relationship, I was in a bit of a rage and I think this comes through and its captured in the vocal and in the music.It helped me cope at the time and I found it very theraputic.However dont worry I did get over it and have no mental scars.;)lol

I dug deep for this one and it took me a week on and off to perfect.I met a very special person in Ibiza a couple of years ago and believed at the time id met 'The One'.I really ripped my heart out for everyone to see.The only song ive ever written that I never get bored of listening to.)

Synopsis - (This track was based on 'I cant help Falling in Love' by Elvis Presley, I think its fairly obvious !!I wrote the lyrics while doing kick ups in my back garden, stopping when I had an idea, writing it down and then kicking the ball around again and so on.It was a nice hot summers day, try it sometime it may work for you.Thats if you can do as many kick ups as me ):p

Synopsis - (This is random.I was at the gym doing weights and the whole song came to me at once, im not even joking.Im sure people heard me singing it to myself and i couldnt wait to get home and put it together. I wanted to write something painfully cheesy just for a laugh to entertain everyone.However when i played it to my mates they said they actually loved it. I was stunned and amazed and thought ,ok ill release it. It works on the dancefloor too so who can complain):)

Synopsis - (This was the first song I wrote after my writers block.I was on my way to a physio session in Ipswich, but was half an hour early so I stopped off at McDonalds but they were closed due to an electrics breakdown.So I went back to my car got my pad out of the glove box and wrote this song and had the melody in my head aswell so I recorded it into my phone so I didnt forget it.)

Synopsis - (This is a track I wrote about a girl who left me to go travelling to Asia. This was a very tough time in my life and probably the hardest 6 months ive ever been through..Whenever I hear this part of the world mentioned it hits me straight in the guts and brings it all back. Part of this song is about me wishing I could go back and never get invloved but you can't change the past. Personally I think this is the best lyric Ive ever written and its a song Im very proud of.)

Synopsis:( This is a song I wrote with Flakee and Coolfx from Cornwall. They booked the studio for the day and I wrote the song off the cuff, it has no relevance to any personal situation but I think its a track that alot of people can relate to.)

Synopsis: (MrGee came down to the studio for the day and bought a poem with him he'd written about a girl. I converted the poem into a song it was a true team effort and a song that really hits home to anyone who has lost someone special to somdbody else. I think weve all been there!!)
